Pricing

There are several shipping options but are not limited to economy, or standard. Choose the best option that suits you. If you have a question on the shipping please feel free to email us at info@northwardco.com. 

 

Free Shipping

Orders over $40 automatically receive free shipping. Make sure to choose the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Northward Co will not refund you the shipping costs if you choose the wrong option. 

 

Processing Time

All orders will ship within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped.

 

Customs/Duties and Import Taxes

Northward Co will declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments.  If customs/duties charges occur, customers will be 100% responsible for the fees. Northward Co is not responsible for covering any customs charges.  

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, your order cannot be refunded.  

 

Incorrect Address/Returned Mail

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Northward Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Northward Co due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but "not received," are the customer’s responsibility to locate. Northward Co is not able to issue refunds on lost packages.

 

Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

Northward Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged USPS packages. Once the tracking information is updated by USPS, Northward.Co is no longer responsible for the item.
